Product features: high gloss, high tinting strength, high temperature resistance, good leveling, bottom odor. After the color crystal high temperature glass ink printing sample is dried, it has excellent adhesion to the glass, resistance to water, acid and alkali testing, and alcohol wiping.
High temperature glass ink deployment is based on actual needs, select BL (N) series ink for color scheme, so that the ink color, pearl flicker and particle size before printing meet the requirements of customer samples.
Viscosity adjustment: The ink adopts BL-05 special boiling oil water for viscosity adjustment.
The operation process is as follows:
Screen selection: The mesh selection of screen printing screen is determined according to the particle size of different pearl powder or silver powder added to the high temperature glass ink. Generally, 80-150 mesh screen is selected, and the choice of rubber scraping is 70-75 degree flat angle polyester rubber scraping.
Glass surface cleaning: pay attention to the cleaning of the glass surface before printing to prevent the surface from absorbing dust and grease, otherwise it will affect the adhesion of the ink.
Printing: The prepared color crystal high-temperature glass ink is directly printed on the glass (it is best to use a fully automatic printing machine for printing), and then enter the drying tunnel to bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes for initial curing and color registration.
Covering protective color: Generally, colored crystal glass will be covered with a protective color after printing to enhance the scratch resistance of the colored crystal surface. Generally, black or color ink close to colored crystal ink is selected.
Drying: Put the printed glass product into the drying tunnel, bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes to complete the final curing of the high-temperature glass ink, that is, the entire color crystal glass printing process ends.
