Influence of Improper Operation of High Temperature Glass Ink After Printing
1. The post-press glass is directly stacked together without isolation. If the glass is not completely dried, it is easy to cause high-temperature glass ink pollution on the non-printed surface of the glass. Therefore, in order to avoid such defects, and also to avoid causing post-press ink. Scratches on the film surface and scratches on the glass, it is recommended to isolate the glass piece by piece after printing.
For high temperature glass ink screen printing, the high temperature glass ink pollution caused by printing mainly occurs in two aspects:
2. In addition, what causes ink pollution on the glass surface after printing is the tempering process of the next process of screen printing. In the tempering process, if the glass edge has ink infiltration or the glass with ink pollution on the non-printing surface is put into the tempering furnace, the ink on the glass edge and the ink on the non-printing surface will adhere to the ceramic roller of the tempering furnace when heated, and the ink adhered to the ceramic roller will cause ink pollution on the glass surface of the subsequent furnace.
This phenomenon is most likely to cause ink pollution of subsequent products in batches. In order to avoid ink pollution caused by this phenomenon, the tempering process must check the surface and edges of the glass before the glass enters the furnace, and the edges are polluted by ink infiltration and Ink spots on the glass surface, clean up with blades before tempering and loading to ensure that there is no residual high-temperature glass ink pollution before entering the furnace for production. If it is found after the glass is tempered, it can only be wiped with sulfuric acid, which is dangerous and reduces work efficiency.
In short, in order to completely avoid high-temperature glass ink pollution in glass screen printing. First of all, we must ensure that the workplace and working environment are neat and tidy, and at the same time, every high-temperature glass ink printing operator develops good working habits and operates according to the rules.
