High temperature glass ink color scheme
The color scheme of high temperature glass ink is used in printing, and has certain technical and technical skills, especially the color scheme of color crystal ink and the color scheme of other inks are more special, and the materials involved are more diverse. In the color scheme process, metallic pigments, ordinary pigments, pearlescent pigments and dyes may be added at the same time, so the color scheme of high temperature glass ink is much more difficult to work than other conventional color schemes.

As a kind of chemical products, high temperature glass ink will have some unstable factors. Due to the different chemical structures, solvent resistance, migration resistance, solubility, polarity, acid resistance and alkali resistance of various pigments contained in high temperature glass ink, and different specific gravity, different customers use different conditions, different construction methods and processes, and different stirring uniformity, some common problems often occur in toning inks.
In order to avoid this problem as much as possible and reduce the frequency of occurrence, it is necessary to pay attention to the following aspects when using high temperature glass ink toning:
1. When choosing high-temperature glass ink, you should first understand its performance, and try to choose products with better performance in all aspects, especially in terms of penetration resistance.
2. When toning, try to choose products with similar hue, and use the least variety to adjust the required hue. The more varieties you choose, the worse the brightness, the less stability, and the easier it is to produce discoloration.
3, high temperature glass ink color matching as far as possible to use the primary color deployment, to avoid the use of secondary color deployment.
4. When the adjusted product is placed for a period of time before use, it needs to be stirred evenly, and it can be printed after the detected hue is stable.
5. Use the same brand and the same series of products to avoid ink quality variation or discoloration due to different inks and reactions between inks.
6. When adding metal pigments and pearlescent pigments to the color scheme, not only should the hue of the selected materials be considered, but more importantly, metal pigments and pearlescent pigments with the same particle size and flicker should be selected according to actual requirements. At the same time, when choosing metal pigments, the general characteristics of metal pigments should be taken into account, and the relationship between fineness and Baidu and flicker. Since pearlescent pigments are multi-angle reflective pigments, attention should be paid to different angles of discoloration after high-temperature glass ink color scheme.
