If it is too sharp, after the scraper plate is scratched on the screen plate for many times, it is easy to scratch the screen plate under the action of pressure, resulting in ink leakage from the screen plate. Therefore, every time the scraper plate replaces the rubber strip, it is necessary to round the corners at the lower ends of the rubber strip to avoid wear and tear on the screen plate.
During the printing process, the printing operator should always pay attention to the effect of printing. It is best to install a daylight tube at the lower part of the transition roller table at the entrance and outlet of the dryer, so as to facilitate the inspection of the printing effect of the glass. In the actual printing production, once it is found that there is a high-temperature glass ink pollution spot on the glass surface, the back of the screen should be treated with tape in time. If the screen cannot be repaired, a new screen should be replaced in time.
