Brief analysis on the preparation process of automobile tempered high temperature glass ink

With the rapid development of my country's economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, people have begun to pay more and more attention to the living environment and the aesthetics of household appliances. Colored crystal glass is gradually widely used in the home decoration and home appliance panel industries due to its low price, simple process and good decoration. As an indispensable key material in the processing of colored crystal glass, high-temperature glass ink has replaced traditional glass decoration processes such as carved glass, frosted glass, and painted glass. When most high-temperature glass inks are manufactured, silane is added to improve adhesion, water resistance, and chemical resistance.

Ink has a long history of being used for decoration, with a wide variety of types and continuous improvement in quality. High-temperature glass ink is the decoration of ink used for glass, and it is a landscape in modern society. It satisfies people's pursuit of beauty and versatility. Among them, automobile tempered high-temperature glass ink can be divided into solvent-based and water-soluble types according to solvent composition, thermal curing and UV light curing according to curing method, and can be divided into lead-free and cadmium-containing environmental protection types and lead-cadmium-containing types according to quality. Automotive tempered high-temperature glass ink is mostly composed of glass pigments, toner, additives, etc. After being treated at a high temperature of 600-700 degrees Celsius, the ink is applied to the inner surface of the automotive glass, which can effectively reduce the UV transmittance and improve the comfort and safety of the car.

The preparation process of automobile tempered high-temperature glass ink mainly includes five aspects: the preparation of glass frit, glass pigment, toner, ink, and the detection of ink properties. (1) The preparation of glass frit and glass pigment in automobile tempered high-temperature glass ink is as follows: the components of glass frit are mixed evenly, melted at 1300 degrees Celsius, quenched by cold water, ground glass frit after gravity pulverization, glass frit is mixed with inorganic pigment, and glass pigment is obtained after grinding evenly. (2) Preparation of toner and ink, polymer resin is mixed with solvent, heated, stirred and dissolved to obtain toner. Mix the toner and glass pigment in a certain ratio, add additives, disperse at high speed, grind and pick and stick to obtain the ink. (3) Printing and performance testing of ink in automobile tempered high-temperature glass ink, screen print the ink on the glass, dry it, and test the scratch resistance of the ink. The dried ink is burned and bent in a tempering furnace to test the viscosity resistance, and after cooling, the surface gloss and acid resistance of the ink are examined.

With the continuous development of the automobile industry, the development opportunities and challenges of high-quality automobile tempered high-temperature glass ink coexist, which has broad market prospects and important research significance.
